When Babossa BBQ approached memberr to implement a cashback system, Daniel, the founder of Babossa BBQ, had a special request:

In the week Babossa was to launch its cashback system, the company already had a planned campaign that would build on the cashback initiative.

Daniel, the CEO of Babossa BBQ, aimed to link an already planned campaign with the new cashback system to reward existing customers and promote the new system effectively. The campaign was intended to generate attention, enhance customer engagement, and reward loyalty. To achieve this goal, Babossa BBQ needed a solution that would provide significant value to customers and raise awareness of the new cashback system.

Solution

Together with memberr, Babossa BBQ developed a customized cashback system that could be seamlessly integrated into the upcoming sales campaign.

To excite customers about the new system, customers who had made purchases within the last 14 days before the campaign started were to be rewarded with a particularly high voucher: 14% of the value of previous purchases. All subsequent purchases were to be rewarded with 5% cashback.
