Campaign strategies

With memberr Campaigns you can send store credit to any segment of your customers. To do this, open the memberr app and select Campaigns from the side menu.

Basics

With Store Credit Campaigns there are basically 4 adjustment screws that together determine the success or failure of an campaign:

  1. Segmentation: Selecting the right customer segment is crucial.
    • Example: You want to reward customers who have placed at least 3 orders in the last 30 days.
  2. Credit: The amount of the credit is crucial.
    • Example: You want to credit customers who have placed at least 3 orders in the last 30 days with 10€ store credit.
  3. Day of crediting: The time of crediting is crucial.
    • Example:
  4. Decline: Setting the deterioration is crucial.
    • Example:
  5. Validity period: The validity period is crucial.
    • Example:
  6. Communication: Communication of the campaign is crucial.
