memberr Store Credit Birthday Rewards
Gift your customers a set amount of Store Credit on their birthday.
Settings
Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Enable or disable the Birthday Reward Program for your store. |
| Reward Amount | Set the amount of store credit to be awarded as a birthday reward. |
| Credit Expires | Determine whether the birthday reward credit should expire an become unavailable to the cutomer. |
| Credit Expiry Period | For how long the rewarded SC is available to the customer after receiving it. |
| Credit Advance Days | Set the number of days before the birthday that the reward should be issued. |
To prevent fraud customers can only change their birthdays twice a year.
Enable Customers to set their birthday
Add the memberr app block to your customer account page so that customers can add their birthday:
1. Add memberr app block to customer details page (New Customer Accounts)
You only need to do this once.

Manually set a customers birthday
Additionally it is possible for store admins to set a customers birthday manually.
