In the memberr dashboard view you get an overview of the most important key figures of your cashback program.

  • Store credit sales
  • How much store credit has been spent
  • How muxh store credit is still available and in circulation

The graph below the key figures shows you the development of your cashback program over the last 30 days. The period can be adjusted at the top right above the graph.

The graphs show you the development of store credit sales and retention sales.

Calculation of retention sales: All customers who have purchased in your shop more than once. Calculation of store credit sales: All sales in which store credit was used.

The table below the graph shows the most recent Store Credit transactions. Here you can see who received or used store credit, when and how many.

Columns: Order value: How much the customer paid when purchasing. Store Credit: How many store credit the customer has used. Credit: How much Store Credit credit the customer has left (excluding the Store Credit used in this transaction). Balance outstanding: How much Store Credit balance the customer still has outstanding (including the Store Credit received from this transaction). Date: When the transaction took place. Number of orders: How many orders the customer has already placed (including this transaction). Customer: The unique ID of the customer. Source: Where the store credit come from (e.g. campaigns, cashback, referral, added manually, etc.) or how they were used (e.g. order, used manually).
