Klaviyo Exchange Rate Web Feed

memberr provides a Klaviyo web feed named memberr_exchange_rates so you can convert Store Credit values between currencies directly in your Klaviyo templates.

The feed returns a currency map under rates, so you can access values like:

  • feeds.memberr_exchange_rates.rates.GBP
  • feeds.memberr_exchange_rates.rates.USD
  • feeds.memberr_exchange_rates.rates.EUR

Setup

  1. Connect the Klaviyo integration in memberr.
  2. Open your organization in memberr and go to Integrations -> Klaviyo.
  3. In the Exchange Rate Web Feed section, click Set up web feed.
  4. memberr ensures a Klaviyo web feed named memberr_exchange_rates exists for your organization.

Feed Endpoint

memberr exposes the feed at:

GET /integrations/klaviyo/feed/exchange-rates/:organization_id

Klaviyo reads this endpoint and stores the response as feeds.memberr_exchange_rates.

Using Rates In Klaviyo Templates

Use the exchange rate map under feeds.memberr_exchange_rates.rates.<ISO_CODE>.

Example (convert current balance to GBP):

_10
{{ person|lookup:"memberr_current_balance_formatted"|default:0|multiply:feeds.memberr_exchange_rates.rates.GBP|floatformat:2 }}

You can also output a raw rate directly:

_10
{{ feeds.memberr_exchange_rates.rates.USD }}

Tips

  • Currency keys are uppercase ISO codes (GBP, EUR, USD).
  • The organization's base currency is always present in rates with value 1.
  • If a rate is missing in a template, verify the currency key exists in the feed and re-run Set up web feed from the memberr Klaviyo integration page.

Troubleshooting

Feed value is empty in Klaviyo

  • Confirm the Klaviyo integration is installed for the organization.
  • Confirm the web feed is set up in memberr (Integrations -> Klaviyo).
  • Confirm you reference feeds.memberr_exchange_rates.rates.<ISO_CODE> (not an array index).

Wrong conversion value

  • Verify the expected target currency key (for example GBP).
  • Verify current exchange rates are synced from Shopify to memberr for your organization.
