Membership Benefit: Referral Override

The Referral Override benefit can be used to offer customers with a membership an larger benefit and incentive for successful referrals. The settings of this benefit override the default referral program settings.

SettingDescription
EnableEnables or disables the referral program.
Cookie Validity PeriodNumber of days the referral cookie is valid in the browser.

Referring customer

SettingOptionDescription
Referring customer receivesFixed AmountA fixed amount of Store Credit.
Percentage AmountA percentage of the order value.
Store credits expireWether the Store Credit expire or not.
Credit expires inThe number of days for with the Store Credit are valid.
Availability delayThe number of days that must pass before the referred customer can use their received Store Credit.

Referred customer

Referred customer receivesFixed AmountA fixed amount of Store Credit.
Percentage AmountA percentage of the order value.
Free ShippingFree shipping for the referred customer.
Minimum order valueThe minimum order value for which the the referred customer must make a purchase for receiving the reward.
Only new customersWhether the referred customer must be a new customer.
