Store Credit Campaigns

Cashback Campaigns

Promote Specific Product Categories by offering a higher Cashback amount. Specifically for Upsell Products. Place a notification on Product pages and Products Cards. Also inside

Automatic Store Credit Usage

Set up rules to automatically apply Store Credit to orders. Select the frequency. For example: automatically apply Store Credit to 40% of all orders. Or automatically apply Store Credit balance to orders when the Ratio of Store Credit amount to order value is 10%. Example: If a customer has 10€ Store Credit and spends 100€ in your store, 10% of the order value will be covered by Store Credit without the customer having to do anything like actvating the "Apply Store Credit" checkbox.

Automatic Store Credit Top-Up Campaigns

Data collection: Step 1: Identifiy your main products that have a complementary Up-Sell product. Step 2: Create a new segment that contains all customers who bought one of the main products but have not bought the Up-Sell product yet. Step 3: Identify the maximum amount of Store Credit that you are comfortable to be applied to a purchase of the upsell product so that your profit margin is not hurt. Step 4: Add a Store Credit Store Credit expires date. For example 30 days. This ensures that you can repeatidly run this campaign without the customer being able to indefinitely postpone the purchase of the upsell product or hurting your profit margin by accumulating Store Credit.
